We ship your order within 1-3 business days. If we have transferred your order to the delivery service, you will receive an e-mail containing the track and trace, so that you can track where your package is and when it will be delivered.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands
Check the current shipping costs for your order easily in your shopping cart. Our shipping costs vary between €2,18 and €4,99, this depends on the weight and size of your order. We do our best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible by, for example, sending your order in an envelope or as a letterbox package where possible.
Good to know: we already ship for free with orders from € 40.00!

Shipping costs within EU
Check the current shipping costs for your order easily in your shopping cart. Within Europe, we ship starting at €4.25, the actual shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order. We do our best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible by, among other things, sending your order as a letterbox package where possible.
Good to know: we offer free shipping within Europe for orders starting from €75.00!

 

ORDERING: HOW-TO

Have you found products on the website that you would like to order? Super!

Select the product and possibly the variant you prefer and click on ' add to cart '. Now you can continue shopping on the website, you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the ' shopping bag icon ' at the top right.

Please note: if items are in your shopping cart, they are not yet reserved for you. For this you must first complete and confirm the order.

 

Are you done shopping? Then you can now complete your order.

Click on the ' shopping bag icon ' at the top right to go to your shopping cart. In the next screen you can adjust the numbers if necessary. Then click on ' checkout '. Now you come to the check-out page, where you can easily enter all your details on one page.

 

Payment & shipping is done in 4 steps:

 

STEP 1: FILL IN DATA 

  • First enter your email address at the top. Do you already have an account? Then click on ' log in ' at the top right of the white screen.
  • Then enter your name and address details of the address where you want to receive the order.
  • Check the details before proceeding to the next page and then click ' Continue Sending '.

We advise you to click on the box ' save this information for faster checkout in the future '. This will save you time when placing your next order.

You can also sign up for the newsletter on this page by ticking the box ' Send me an e-mail with news and offers ' under your e-mail address.

 

STEP 2: SHIPPING

On this page you will see an overview of the address to which you want your order shipped. You can also see what the shipping costs are and the total amount of your order.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days with PostNL. If you order before 3 p.m. on working days, we often ship it the same day and with a bit of luck you will have your products delivered the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

EXTRA FUN: With an order from € 50, sending your package is free!

 

STEP 3: PAYMENT

  • Select the payment method you want to use, for example iDeal.
  • You can also enter a different billing address here if it differs from the delivery address.
  • Click on ' check order ' at the bottom of the page. (you don't pay yet!)

 

STEP 4: REVIEW ORDER

On this page you can see the overview of your order.
What you are going to order, the delivery costs, where you want it shipped to and the total price.

  • If everything is correct, click on ' complete order ' and you will be automatically redirected to a secure payment environment of the Payment Provider.
  • After this we do the rest of the work, and we ensure that your order comes your way as soon as possible!


Please note: after you have completed your order, you can generally no longer change it, because it will be processed immediately so that you can receive your order as soon as possible. You can always send a message via the contact page, so that we can see whether your package is already on its way to the delivery service, or whether we can adjust something for you.
