How to use the ritual:
- Place the card holder in a serene spot, such as where you meditate, on an altar, or a shelf. Choose the card that resonates with you the most at this moment, one that you want to focus on for the day or week.
- Light the incense and sit comfortably with the gemstones around you or in your hands. Take deep breaths, feel and connect with your body, and observe how the energy of the stones aligns with you.
- Tune into the theme of the card and see what emotions arise. How does this theme manifest in your life? You can read the 'deeper insight' on the back of the card if desired.
- Then, conclude by voicing the affirmation on the card, an affirmation from the affirmation cards, or one that emerges from within you and that you wish to carry throughout the day or week. Take some time to write down positive aspects about yourself or what the theme means to you.
- Carry the bag or a loose gem with you, or put them somewhere where you can see them clearly.
- Disperse the affirmation cards around your home or put one in your bag, so you receive lovely and loving reminders regularly.

Usage advice and important information:
- Place the incense holder on a solid, non-flammable surface.
- After lighting the incense, blow out the flame so that the incense glows.
- Extinguish incense and candles when you leave the room.
- Keep incense and candles out of the reach of children, pets and flammable materials. Use only in well-ventilated areas, do not inhale.
- The range of dried flowers may differ from the photos, our range changes per season.
- The gemstones are a natural product and partly formed by hand, so the dimensions, color and shape of the stones may differ from those on the image.
- Wipe the wooden card holder with a dry cloth when necessary, moisture can stain the wood.

We will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Once we have handed over your order to the delivery service, you will receive an email with the tracking information, allowing you to monitor the whereabouts of your package and its estimated delivery time.
Shipping Costs within the EU
Within Europe, we ship starting from €4.25. The actual shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order. We endeavor to minimize shipping costs by, for instance, sending your order as a letterbox package whenever feasible.
Good to know: we provide free shipping within Europe for orders over €75.00!
Shipping Costs within the Netherlands
Our shipping costs range between €2.18 and €4.99, depending on the weight and size of your order. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible by, for example, sending your order in an envelope or as a letterbox package whenever feasible.
Good to know: we offer free shipping for orders over €40.00 within the Netherlands!
Returns & Warranty
We hope you are pleased with your Little Lights order, but we understand that sometimes, for various reasons, we may not meet your expectations. If you wish to arrange a return or exchange, please email us at hello@little-lights.eu with your order number and reason. We will then provide you with the return/exchange address.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer free return/exchange shipping labels as we are an independent brand and simply do not have the margin to provide this service. That being said, if you choose an exchange, we will ship your exchange back to you free of charge. Original shipping costs are not refunded when returning part of your order.
What are the return rules?
Little Lights has a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This reflection period begins on the day you receive the product. You can return items to us if they meet the following criteria:
- All products have the original labels and/or tags and original packaging.
- All products are unused.
- All products are undamaged.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Gift cards, damaged products, or products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
Damages & Warranty
We process your order with the utmost care, but unfortunately, mistakes can happen on our end as well. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (but no later than 48 hours after delivery) if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at hello@little-lights.eu with your query, order number, and photos of the defect, if applicable.
If no defect is reported within 48 hours after receipt, the following applies:
- We do not provide a warranty on paper, wood, dried flowers, or other natural materials and products.
- We do not provide a warranty on loose threads (finishing threads).
- We do not provide a washing warranty. Problems arising after washing are the responsibility of the owner.
- We do not provide a warranty on candles and incense once they have been burned.
If something is defective after 48 hours, or if you are unsure whether it falls under the warranty, you can always send us an email with your question via the contact form or at hello@little-lights.eu
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method (Note: original shipping costs are not refunded if only part of the order is returned). Please remember it can take up to 3 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
